Chinese Broccoli (Gai Lan): A Simple and Healthy Chinese Dish

  • 1 bunch Chinese broccoli (Gai Lan)

  • 1 teaspoon oyster sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Wash the Chinese broccoli and trim the stems.
